Tales of Terra Madre:
A potluck dinner and forum (+ food shelf drive) to honor
Minnesotal’s delegates to the Terra Madre conference

McNally Smith College of Music dining room

Terra Madre is Slow Food International’s biennial conference of the sustainable food world. It takes place in Turin, Italy and can be a life-changing experience. Seven Minnesota delegates talked about how it affected them.

The forum began with a discussion and slide presentation. Afterwards, there was a potluck dinner supplemented with dishes made using ingredients produced by delegates. There was also a foodshelf collection for Keystone Community Services.
