Hear Lynne Rossetto Kasper’s lively presentation while enjoying a delicious dinner of local, seasonal dishes chosen by Lynne from her new book, The Splendid Table’s How to Eat Weekends. The dinner will be prepared by Beth Jones and the Campus Club staff using local, sustainable ingredients. A glass of wine is included, and a cash bar will be available for additional drinks. Copies of Lynne’s book will be available for purchase and signing.
Menu: A Mexican Comida (Dinner)
U of MN cheese with tomatillo salsa
Jicama and mango in chile and lime
Yucatan pork in banana leaves
Black beans and rice
Chile-spiked Mexican wedding cakes
Dinner is vegetarian, except for pork
