Coming soon!

Join us at the end of June!
Slow Food Minnesota’s Fermentation Workshop:

Snail in the Vineyard
Sunday, June 29
3 pm – 6 pm
Alexis Bailly Vineyard
18200 Kirby Ave. S.,
Hastings, Minnesota 55033
651-437-1413

Award-winning Alexis Bailly Vineyard will host us for a workshop on fermented beverages, both wine and kombucha.
Owner Nan Bailly will present along with Barb Bredesen of Kombucha Divine,.
Barb is also a member of the St. Paul Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation.

Nan Bailly will show how her winery raises and ferments grapes in a challenging Minnesota environment,
and will then take us on a tour of the vineyard with a wine tasting.
Barb Bredesen will discuss the benefits of kombucha, and show how you can make it for yourself.

Following the talks and tours, we will share a potluck picnic.

We recommend that you bring a chair or a blanket, and a water bottle to fill.
Slow Food will supply plates, silverware, cups and water.
After the event, you can linger at the sculpture park or play bocce ball at the courts on site.

Space is very limited, so reserve early!

Directions: The Vineyard is a 40-minute drive from the Twin Cities.
From Hastings, take Highway 61 south 1 mile to 170th Street.
Turn right at 170th and follow the road for 2 miles
as it curves to the left onto Kirby Avenue.
You will see the winery on your left.

Reservations: Tickets will be available soon at $10 for Slow Food Members, and $15 for non-members.

Reservations available here!
