Our annual spring foraging dinner has moved to Hutchinson. Join us for a delicious meal of mostly foraged foods, cooked for us by Craig Sharp and Tracy LeTourneau of Terra Waconia in Waconia, MN. Wine and other beverages are included. Music will be provided by the Depot Creek band. More about Terra Waconia’s fine, sustainable cooking here >> We will begin the day with a variety workshops and walks on ecology, beekeeping, foraging, insects and birds, and more.

Tickets are $40 for Slow Food members and $50 for non-members. Children 12 and under are free. Additional information and reservations available here >>
