Baking and Lunch With the St. Paul Bread Club

Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Saint Agnes Baking Company, 644 Olive Street, St. Paul.

The day began with demonstrations by bread club members. Attendees learned about, and sampled, salt-rising bread, breadsticks, lefse, Brazilian cheese puffs and sourdough pancakes. Then everyone made pizzas. For dessert, there was apple-cinnamon pizza and brownie cupcakes.
